Pkluak's Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Pkluak platform and all its users. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Pkluak is an international online gaming platform operating under a Curaçao eGaming license. We offer Sports Betting, Live Casino, and a range of other online gaming services.

Pkluak reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time without providing a reason. This service is strictly for personal entertainment purposes only — commercial use is strictly prohibited.

• At any time deemed necessary by the Pkluak team.

Documents required for KYC: photos of both sides of your national ID or passport, plus a recent selfie. If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Pkluak support immediately.

All bets placed on Pkluak are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — all transactions are governed by this policy.

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Pkluak reserves the right to accept any bet without a set limit.
• Pkluak reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or the publication of incorrect odds.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Bets may be voided if there is evidence of match fixing or irregularities.

3.2 Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final. Pkluak is not responsible for any delays caused by network issues.

4.1 Deposit Rules

To make a deposit on Pkluak, log in to your account and go to the "Deposit" section. The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing from someone else's bKash or Nagad account may trigger an account verification check.
• Pkluak does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500, and the maximum limit is determined by your account tier.

• Standard Members: up to ৳50,000 per day
• VIP Members: up to ৳2,00,000 per day
• High Rollers: limits set on an individual basis

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• A time limit applies for completing wagering requirements, typically between 7 and 30 days.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — whether through multiple accounts or other means — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds may be forfeited.

Pkluak takes the protection of your personal information seriously and adheres to international data protection standards.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Your information will not be disclosed unless required by law or for a fraud investigation.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Even after account closure, certain information may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of account funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using Another Person's Account: Placing bets or making payments through another person's account.
• Bonus Fraud: Exploiting bonus offers through dishonest or manipulative strategies.
• Hacking & Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Allowing Minors to Access: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account.

8.1 From Your Side

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Make sure to withdraw all remaining funds before closing. If you need to withdraw funds after the account has been closed, you will need to reach out to support for assistance.

8.2 From Pkluak's Side

Pkluak may suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation. If an account is closed without any violation, the remaining balance will be returned.

Pkluak reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be posted on the website before any changes take effect. Continued use of Pkluak after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
